The wonderful world of.....

The wonderful world of story telling. Stories are the meat and potatoes of most childhoods. If you are a writer, write for those that follow after, write to inspire them to dream!Paint pictures in their minds that help them to see the good in the world!

Thumbnails.....

This is an enjoyable past time for me, thumbnail sketches. These two thumbnails took roughly 45 seconds each. After training at the Art Center for a while, you learn to do some things fast.

Dreams...

“Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself and your God, as well as vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.”

The hanger....

Chet and Denver built this old place from the ground up. Originally when Chet first came onboard, Denver would just cover his plane with a tarp. Chet wouldn't stand for that and demanded that a hanger be built. So the two aviators set out to build this barn-like hanger. Lacking paint as well as all it's windows, the hanger looked like a gapped tooth toad... Even though toads don't have teeth.

Mary-Anne Part 2.....

One of the many features that Chet and Denver added to this plane was a turret. This was put into place to defend the plane and its cargo from the infamous Pacific Pirates.

The Mary-Anne....

The Mary-Anne, This special plane has been through the wringer so many times it's getting hard to keep track. Originally this plane was a Hawaiian Clipper, sister to the famous China Clipper. After she broke down on a passenger run from San Francisco to Hawaii she was dumped at Denver Cargo Inc. At the time business was slow for Denver and Chet, their own plane had just bit the dust on a run to Jamaica. Both being skilled mechanics, they decided to fix up the Mary-Anne as well as make a few modifications of their own.
